There were no apologies for absence for this meeting.
PH.ETE.34 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest from the portfolio holder in respect of any items on the agenda for this meeting.
PH.ETE.35 REVIEW OF FEES AND CHARGES IN HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION
The Portfolio Holder received a report that sought approval to proceed with the revised fees and charges in Highways and Transportation. Mr Evans said that the proposed fees and charges would allow for Highways and Transportation to recover all costs.
The Portfolio Holder sought clarification that the increase in fees for skips and scaffolding would not be implemented until later in the year. Mr Thompson stated that the proposed fee increases for skips and scaffolding had been removed from the report and therefore did not form part of the recommendation.
RESOLVED – That the revised schedule of Fees and Charges, as set out in Appendix 1 of the report, be approved for implementation from 1st April 2024.
There being no further business, the Portfolio Holder closed the meeting at 1.10pm.
